How it works
Your dog's VIP level comes from how often they're groomed. Book your dog's next visit before you leave, or set up a recurring schedule, and you stay in. The more often your dog visits, the more VIP gives back.

How does my dog qualify?
We look at your dog's grooming visits over the past year. If your dog comes in about every 8 weeks or sooner, they qualify. Only Full Style Grooming and Bath & Tidy visits count. Nail trims and other add-on-only visits don't.
My dog isn't on a schedule yet. How do I join?
Book your dog every 8 weeks or sooner, and they're VIP from the next visit.
Is the grooming price really locked in?
Yes. Your grooming price stays as it was the day your dog joined, for as long as your dog stays on its VIP schedule.
What if we miss our window?
Perks pause until your dog is back on schedule. Your free-treatment count isn't lost.
Which treatments are free?
VIP 8 chooses from our $6.50 upgrades: Whitening Shampoo, Dark Coat Enhancer or Re-Moisturizer. VIP 6 and VIP 4 can also choose a De-Shedding or Hypoallergenic Shampoo & Conditioner. Medicated shampoo is never part of the free treatments.
How do the between-groom trims work?
VIP 6 gets a free nail trim and VIP 4 gets a free face trim, which keeps the eyes and mouth clear of hair so your dog stays comfortable and looking sharp. You get one between each pair of grooms. These aren't booked online: call your salon and we'll fit you in, often the same day. It takes about 5 minutes.
Do VIP savings apply to grooming?
No. VIP savings apply to retail products bought in the salon. Grooming prices stay as they are.
